Key responsibilities Develop, document, and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for facilities management Collaborate with the FM team and retail banking operations to align priorities and enhance facility management solutions Drive operational efficiency initiatives by optimizing workflows and ensuring best practices are consistently applied Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in facilities management or corporate real estate Proven ability to develop process documentation and training materials specific to facilities management Strong analytical skills, including experience with budget management and KPI-driven performance evaluation Demonstrated success in partnering with teams to implement processes and measure performance outcomes Ability to interpret legal and regulatory requirements and integrate them into operational processes
