CNC Mill Team Lead Job Description: PrideStaff is assisting a local engineering and machining company who is seeking a CNC Mill Team Lead to join their growing team. The CNC Mill Team Lead is responsible for leading daily operations of the department; ensuring team members are successful and supporting production flow with high quality parts. This role is hands-on, working with complex parts and process development while leading the team with training, The CNC Mill Team Lead is a full-time, direct hire in Phelps, NY. CNC Mill Team Lead Job Responsibilities: Directs a group of employees.
